Welcome to the online application for serving as an expert workgroup member for an Evidence Analysis Library (EAL) project.  We are always looking for experts willing to share their knowledge and expertise. 
  • Workgroup Application: This form is designed to solicit your contact information and gather information on your experience and expertise on the EAL project topic area. Please complete this form to the best of your ability. 
     
  • Personal Statement: You are required to submit write and upload a 200-300 word count statement explaining why you are interested in the project and what unique qualifications you possess that would help you contribute to the project for which you are applying. Your application will not be considered without this statement.
     
  • CV: You are required to upload your most current resume. Your application will not be considered without this document.
